Additions and Renovations
Mechanical and Electrical design services for an existing 54,000sf building with a 2,000sf addition. The entire existing mechanical system has been replaced. The new system will has high efficiency condensing boilers, high efficiency frictionless water cooled chillers. Heating and ventilation was achieved via chilled beams and induction units. The construction complies with the requirements for high performance buildings and achieved 31% better energy efficiencies than what is required by the present Energy Code.
