Office Space Renovation.

Mechanical, Electrical, Technology engineering services for a complete interior renovation of 98,000 SF existing space, that was part of a larger 500,000 SF storage/manufacturing facility.  The scope of services included design for new HVAC system, plumbing and fire protection, revising the existing electrical service, new lighting and power distribution, technology infrastructure, new emergency power generator.  The HVAC design included A/C and UPS for the Server room and a 100% OA system for the model shop with individual extraction hoods.  The technology included design for a call center.
