Ability to provide quality construction documents working in a design and production role. Computer proficiency, strong AutoCad skills, Revit a plus.
Work independently and have strong communication skills. Will interface with clients and attend meetings and presentations.
Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for development of system concepts, heating and cooling load analysis, equipment selection, layout of air distribution, chilled water and hot water systems, research applicable codes, write construction specifications, review shop drawings, interact with contractors. Familiar with sustainable design principles, LEED accreditation is preferred.

Electrical Engineer will be responsible for development of building electrical systems, power distribution, lighting design, specifications and calculations, load analysis and fire protection systems, research applicable codes, write construction specifications, review shop drawings, interact with contractors. Familiar with sustainable design principles, LEED accreditation is preferred.
